Bike Racks

Bike racks allow you to carry multiple bikes in almost any location on your vehicle. Roof top mounts will attach to the vehicle’s crossbars and come in either fork mount (wheel off) or up-right styles (wheel on). They come with various styles of mounting hardware to fit different shape crossbars.

Bikes can also be carried by the tow hitch on either a platform or hanging style rack. Hitch receiver dimensions will be important to note. Other carrying options include mounting to the trunk, a spare tire, or the bed of a pickup truck.

Not all racks will work well with all vehicles or all bikes. The fit guides generally note any vehicle compatibility concerns, and some bikes may require adapters depending on the shape of your bike’s frame, axle dimensions, or if you routinely use racks and fenders.
