Return Policy

Purchases made in-store are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Receipt/proof of purchase (and credit transaction slip for credit purchases) is required for all refunds or exchanges.


Merchandise Condition & Restocking Fees

For NEW items that have been open / assembled, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed.

If the merchandise is not returned in substantially the same condition as the original purchase, the value of missing and/or damaged items/parts will be deducted from the return amount. ReRack remains the sole and exclusive judge of the fair value of these items.

Excessively damaged or destroyed items may not be eligible for a refund.


Refunds are not available for: 

  • Service charges
  • Rental fees
  • Tips
  • Special orders
  • Customized items
  • Repairs
  • Gift certificates or gift cards
  • Store credit


Cash Purchases

ReRack does not offer cash refunds. 

For purchases made in cash, refunds will be issued via check or store credit. See Check Refunds below for more info.


Credit Card Purchases

Refunds for purchases made by credit card must be issued to the original purchase card.

Refunds to credit card accounts may be subject to additional terms based on your card holder agreement.

Credit card refunds typically post within 3-7 business days however this may take longer under some circumstances.

Once processed in store, ReRack has no control over the processing of your refund. Please contact your bank for more information. You may wish to have your refund credit slip from the in-store transaction handy.

In instances where the original card is not available or we are unable to confirm the card associated with the original transaction, a store credit or check may be issued. See Check Refunds below for more info.


Exchanges & Store Credit

When applicable, return amounts may be offered as a store credit for immediate or future use. Any such credit or exchange offered in lieu of a refund is not transferrable to a monetary exchange/refund in the future. Store credit carries no monetary value.


Check Refunds

Checks for over $300 are issued by our accounting department to be sent via US mail. 

At your preference we can have the refund check sent to your specified address or to one of our stores for pick up.

Expect 7-10 business days for check refunds. Expedited check refunds are not available.
