The product looked very heavy duty and would have probably been a solid buy for the price but the size I was sent did not fit my vehicle (2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee). If you do order one, make sure it is the CORRECT size for your make/model otherwise it will probably not fit (I was not told that I was receiving a size that SHOULD fit until after I tried to install the unit). To ReRack's credit they immediately took it back and sent me a set of Yakima crossbars and foot pads that did fit my vehicle. I actually like the Yakima's better so all ended well (except the Yakima are more $$).
