Much like other retail based businesses, we’ll be changing things up a bit to keep everyone as safe as possible. In an effort to make your experience with ReRack as racktacular as it can be, please review our guidelines.

First and foremost

Most importantly: if you are sick DO NOT COME IN!
If you are sick or have been around people that are, please DO NOT COME IN! We would love to see you when you are confirmed to be well. In the meantime, please consider placing an order with us to send to your doorstep.

Limited inbound Phone support
Our customer service team is working remotely which makes taking phone calls very tricky. Please e-mail ahead or schedule a consultation for the quickest responses: sales@rerack.com

Limited showroom access
Place an order ahead of time, online for curbside pick up.

Schedule a phone consultation
If you don’t know or are not sure what products you want, you should know that a rack consultation can take up to 30 minutes. Assemblies can take another 30 minutes. Installations can take upwards of an hour or more. You can help shorten the time spent in person at our store by starting the consultation over the phone. Schedule a call with one of our Rack Consultants.

If you MUST come to the store...

E-mail or Call Ahead
Please contact us ahead of time, we can’t stress enough how much easier in person interactions will be if they are succinct. Again, inbound phone calls are tough, scheduling a consultation call is best, if you can: www.rerack.com/consult

Wear a face covering or face mask 
One way-valve masks are not appropriate - this includes N95 masks and other valve based respirators. These masks may reduce the risk of the wearer, though they spray your personal lung fluids into the air when you breathe out - this exposes our staff and other customers.

Keep your hands clean
Clean your hands with provided hand sanitizer and/or use new/clean disposable gloves before interacting with ReRack Staff or touching surfaces. credit card terminals, door handles, pens, etc.

 

In store changes

Installations & Assembly
We will do our best to continue to offer installation and assembly of your purchases. We will make every attempt to have products ready for your pre-arranged installation time or pick up as per your needs. We may not have capacity to install or assemble items at time of purchase so please be prepared to arrange a future time if you have not made an appointment ahead of time.

We will be adjusting our installation policy for the time being - There will be a minimum shop fee of $40 for base rack installations. Please call ahead for specific quotes.

Buying & Trading
A big part of our business is buying racks from our customers, so this has been a difficult decision for us. For the time being, we will be suspending our buying program.

We will still be taking trades toward other purchases as well as reusing your old parts with your new system.

Cargo Box Rentals
We will not be offering rental boxes for the time being.

Payments
We will not be accepting cash payments for the time being. Therefore we will not have any cash/change on hand. We will happily accept credit & debit. If you do not have access to one of those methods, please let us know ahead of time and we may be able to make other arrangements at the discretion of the store’s manager.
